He is Chic, Stylish, Sophisticated, Light-footed, Intelligent and Wealthy: Newton represents the old Holstein “Achill” bloodline which nearly died out in Holstein but continues on in Nimmerdor and returns to Holstein breeding through him.

Newton first-class transmission gives both brilliant type and talent for achievement, (combines in exemplary manner the transmission of both type and achievement). His foals convince with elegance, strong movements, size and a wonderful disposition. Out of the breeding season/trial 1998, three foals were born: a filly awarded ‘Premium’ in Dithmarschen, a Reserve Champion at the Fohlenchampionat in Marne who sold for a top price, and a stallion approved for Holstein that went to the USA... In 2001 one of Newton's sons was Champion Colt at the ZfdP-Bundesschau (Zuchtverband für deutsche Pferde e.V. - National Show) in Alsfeld.

The earliest offspring proved to be very successful in jumping tests up to Class M... Several daughters have been elected State Premium mares and did outstandingly well in their mare performance tests, including Pyrus (b.2000, Endringstute at the Elite Mares Show at Elmshorn 2003 and Finalist in the Landes-Stutenchampionat in Rendsburg). Several licensed sons include: New Time (b.2000, appr: Holstein, started successfully in the International Youngster Tournaments), New Quidam I (b.2001, appr: Holstein), New Quidam II (b.2002), New Lord (b.2001, Premium Stallion, appr: Sachsen-Anhalt, Berlin-Brandenburg), and No Mercy (b.2003, appr: Zweibrücken).

Sire: Nimmerdor, KWPN Preferent, “Stallion of the Century,” has been for years one of the most famous and sought after sires of show-jumpers in the World. He combines the best genes of Holstein and the Netherlands. Nimmerdor was very successful in international jumping (under Albert Voorn) and for many years was considered the best sire of jumping horses in the Netherlands, perhaps in Europe. His offspring include 60 international showjumpers and over 40 registered stallions around the world: Himmerdor (Paul Freimüller), Heartbreaker (Peter Geerink), Olympic Ahorn (Preferent), Goodtimes (HLP Champion, USDF dressage sire), Wellington (intl. jumper, Keur stallion), Broere Goldenbridge (Wout-Jan Van der Schans), Canadian Colours (Jill Henselwood), Avenir di San Patrignano (Carlos Lopez), to name a few. Many top sporthorses have come out of Nimmerdor daughters and many of his sons have been top stallions in Germany. Newton was his first licensed son in Holstein.

On Newton's dam's side seems to be a long string of stallions who were not all that spectacular as sporthorses themselves, but who were extremely important and spectacular as sires of sporthorses and as sires of sires of sporthorses...

Dam's sire: Athlet Z was a highly intelligent grey stallion (PB Holstein & Belgium), who sired a great many international jumpers and numerous licensed stallions, among them: Adelfos (Markus Fuchs), Athletico (Ludger Beerbaum), Argentinus (Otto Becker), Athlet 90 (Willi Melliger), Amadeus (Lars Nieberg), Sprehe Avion (Werner Peters & Ludger Beerbaum), Andolph (Claudia Vasall), Montreal (Wim Schröder) and Valeska 51 (Dr. Michael Rüping)...

Dam's dam's dam: Fiance was full sister of Lord, considered one of the “Holstein Sires of the 20th Century,” and grand-dam of Carbano, another sire of showjumpers.
