The foal will be for sale at weaning for 8k, or for 6k before then. Watch for more news on this. Winter 2008/2009 Thanks to our great boarders and their horses, the 08/09 season was great! Suzanne has been riding Robert Dover's horses this past year since summer, while Robert recovers from back surgery. Trae has been in Loxahatchee this season with his clients horses and his new mare. Spring 2008 Trae competed in the Greater Atlanta Dressage Southern this April. He rode Fredrick Stern who was bred by Gatewood Farms to a 1st and 2nd place finish in the second test 3 and 4. He also rode Royal Midnight to two 1st place finishes in the Prix St. George and Intermediare I tests. Sherry Hill and her horse Ivy League finished in 12th place in the Classic Low J/A jumper division, in Conyers, Ga. Kathryn-Leigh Buford was division champion in the Low Child/Adult division. The AA show took place in Conyers Ga. in April. She was riding her horse Southern Sugar Boy. Gatewood Farms would like to congratulate Kathryn-Leigh Buford on the purchase of Starlight Wishes (“Bailey”) from Diane Newman of Niagara, Ontario, Canada. “Bailey” is a Canadian Warmblood and will be competing in the Children's Hunter Division with Kathryn Leigh.
